Hello! I just wrote a blog post talking about my experiences sight-reading oboe duets with friends and students and I wanted to know if anyone else did this on a regular basis.

I did that way back in high school and we had great fun. It really helped my sight reading too, to do that much of it without pressure. I highly recommend it.

Yes. There is another Oboist in a local concert band that I'm a member of and we have played all the duets in the Rubank Advanced books 1 & 2. Very enjoyable.
