Ok, it has not yet happened, but it should.
Anyone have any info about where/who might do something like this?
At least a 1-part oboe body could be made this way, and posts and rods and key work, perhaps.
Still contemplating the pads... cork, skin, synthetic?
A 3D oboe could be a wonderful thing.
Please jump into the thread...

I was just having conversations with people about this the past few days. I think someone made a printed flute. Printed keywork, pads too (but clunky).

There is a YouTube video of a printed flute, but it wasn't working all that well.
If you were to print an oboe, you'd probably have pads made from soft polythene or similar material if that can be done.
The problem lies with adjusting screws, unless it can be printed so it's in full adjustment. Also springs may probably be a problem too - the Eb pad cup has two flat springs.
