I'm a current college student interested in purchasing a professional Yamaha oboe. Specifically, the 841L series. My main instrument is clarinet; however, I'm interested in picking up oboe and I'm not familiar with reputable oboe sellers. I've heard of some sending you three oboes to test out for purchases. Would anyone know of any respectable oboe dealers in the US?

John Symer sells Yamaha Oboes. He's a repair guy if you're not familiar (a really great one) and probably checks them out before sending them out.
I purchased an oboe from Hannah's Oboes http://www.hannahsoboes.com/. And she is fantastic. She has Yamahas I believe.
