I tried out a Maigaux oboe. I wander what model it is and what year it was manufactured.

- Serial number: 03125
- Silver plated keys
- Gold plated post
- All trill keys including Phili D link
- Two links on the bell for low B and Bb keys
- 3rd octave key

It appeared as one of the top level model but the serial number was confusing.

That sounds like the 2001 model:

Former oboe finisher
Howarth of London
1998 - 2010

The opinions I express are my own.

This was a professional model 2001 made in 2006, according to Marigaux. They emailed me.
