There are quite a few Baroque period concerti for two oboes, but I'm wondering if there are any concerti for two oboes composed during the Classical period (or later). I'm listening to a lovely concerto for two bassoons by Vanhal at the moment...Thanks.

There's the concerto for two oboes by Alexander Voormolen - I've only heard bits here and there (the 2nd movement on the radio and what I presume is the finale - see below), never the entire concerto.
Here's a taster: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WC6oi8A3Sw4
Someone obviously took the time to watch and comment on it going by this remark: "Can´t understand how somebody can listen to this **** :-)"

Thanks for the link. Not sure what I think of this piece by Voormolen (there appears to have been more than one composer by this name), but beyond the link, I discovered a really nice concerto for two oboes by Heinichen. Back to Baroque!
