Strauss's music is still under copyright, so you're not likely to find the oboe part on the Web. Furthermore, it's not in the Orchestral Musicians CD-ROM Library http://www.vcisinc.com, and Jeanne, which is one of the good sources for parts, doesn't have it. http://www.jeanne-inc.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc
If your local orchestra doesn't have Till in its library, and your local professional oboists don't have it, the best thing to do is get the full orchestral score from Dover for $19.95, http://store.doverpublications.com/0486237559.html. You'll have to sit close to read the oboe part, but it's better than sight-reading at the audition.
