Bryan -
I'm new to this forum and I don't know whether it's appropriate to speak for my own product, but please explain the rules if I an transgressing...
The Westwind gouger, in addition to allowing a switch from and to different flavors of the oboe family, has sufficient precision adjustment to produce any sidewall thickness you choose, so it is a single radius machine if you choose to gouge on the center line or a double radius gouger if you choose to gouge at some remove off of the center line.
For more information go to the Westwind Double Reed site and look at the Gouger Information page.
