I would use right E flat to high E flat, if you can. The high E flat that seems to work best for me is; half-hole-2-3-/0-2-3 + b key. That fingering I think, is pretty standard and reliable. However if you are coming to half-hole E flat from D flat, then you will have to use left E flat and then an alternate high E flat. If that is the case try this fingering for high E flat: half-hole-2-3-/0-2-3 + back octave.
If none of these work out for you I would suggest looking at the Gillet fingering chart.
