oh boy, nothing like a clinician to hit you with this 10-ton truck a week to concert!
you can do two things mentally-emotionally, worry about this, or not, latter is strongly recommended. Simply refuse to waste your valuable time thinking about all this bad stuff you've been dumped with.
You've been given new goals, but there's not enough time to *consciously* force yourself to master the technique, so stop worrying and trying too hard to 'make it happen'
Instead, with only a week left, you're going to have to surrender to your subconscious on this one. Practice a complete run-through of all your pieces once every day, like a performance.
Don't just plonk it out. Practice really feeling the music and let it flow through you, surrender yourself to it ... *let go consciously* feel, feel, feel, surrender to the emotion in the music -- soul, soul, soul will do vibrato nicely, vibe will happen spontaneously when your gut's emoting, don't will it to happen, just let it happen

Do you have good responsive nicely blown-in Reeds? If the reeds aren't responsive enough, or too new and don't know you well enough, how on earth will they respond to emotive vibrato?
Get enough sleep, will ya! If you're tired, your muscles don' wanna do any extra work like vibrato
oh, and 15-20 minutes sun-bathing doing absolutely nothing else but that on concert-day, if possible to schedule, is a great relaxant and pulsing energizer
