The concert aria "Die Hoffnung dient zum Stabe" was attributed to Mozart but is now thought to be by Paisiello. Whoever wrote it, it is a great piece, demanding a superlative soprano. The solo clarinet part part lies beautifully on the instrument, with characteristic passagework and joyous lyricism. You can find a new edition here:
