I like 3, 1, 2 and 4 in that order. 2 is the most difficult. 4 is for A clarinet and is the most laid-back and lyrical, at the cost of brilliance.

They're a big step up in difficulty from the Weber concertos and call for lots of high notes, up to C7 [C7]. The Webers are somewhat better music, but Spohr is underrated.

They have many lyrical passages, but are also uninhibitedly virtuosic. You need to alternate operatic singing and show off speed.
