 The higher octaves

Well, I'm a student who's really bored, and would like to know how to play notes up in the higher octaves.

I know how to play up to high G... 4 ledger lines above the staff. Anyone know of some extra notes to learn? :P The highest I can get still following the chromatic fingerings is high B, 5 ledger lines above the staff. However, it will only come out for a few seconds before it turns into middle B flat.

BTW, I have a usual B flat clarinet.
