You need to approach your school/college with details of where you want to buy your instrument from, ie, a page from the internet, etc. They then need to order the instrument for you and they must hand over the instrument in a class room. Most schools/college will do this but, of course, they want to be sure that you will pay them for the instrument. In my experience, it is best to pay up front, then there is no worry on their part. If you are at music college, I am sure that they will have a procedure in place for this scheme. Go and ask at the office.
