For reasons not known to me, Weiner Music (.com) and Poppas Music, while occupying the same residence at 168 Jericho Turnpike in Mineola, NY appear for tax and business purposes to be two separate legal entities.

As Paul said, the storefront, which is as nondescript as nondescript gets--no offense intended--says Poppas music. They carry a wide, price competitive range of gear and in over 40 years of buying from them, 95% online, 5% store, I've never had a problem.
It's even been the case for me that certain prices for the same items were slightly different depending upon whether I placed an order online, or visited the store in person and made on over the counter sale.
I get the impression, although this may be incorrect, that Mark Kasten https://store.weinermusic.com/pages/repair-shop may handle the repair and sales of instruments side of the business, certainly the former, while Fred's sister Sharon runs the online side of things.
Ponenerd - Minjum:
IMHO, I'm afraid that the great allure of visiting NY (i.e. NYC, i.e. Manhattan), which conjures up images of tall skyscrapers, Lincoln Center, and 48th Street (i.e. music store row) isn't what it use to be, at least as it regards the latter.

Whether it was Ponce Music, or Manny's, or Roberto's or Sam Ash, to name a few, and even the latter two, while still in business have since moved, it seems that economic forces of real estate, the internet, and maybe even Covid have transformed this landscape into places where residential and other commercial enterprises capable of paying the rents have driven these stores out, and often out of business.
