I would suggest to get a 66mm Festival barrel.
If not available in the US (or whatever state you live in), it can be ordered either through local to you Buffet dealer or directly from place like Howarth in the UK.
The original barrel most likely will tune the best. Another possibility could be a 66mm Moennig barrel, but I would definitely try Festival barrel first.
Even though the Festival is advertised as having poly-cylindrical bore like the R13, there could be slight differences between how Festival and R13 barrels are bored. A barrel that "works" for 10 people, may not work for you, for various reasons.
Again, depending on where you are, it could be very helpful to see a qualified technician who may have more than one or two barrels in the shop.
It may be the easiest way to solve your problem.
