You can also check with Leitner and Krauss, Johannes Gleichweit, and AW. Leitner and Krauss told me a couple of years ago they sold blanks in both rubber and treated wood, and Gleichweit definitely makes copies of mouthpieces for players but I don't know if he makes blanks to be sold as such.
At one time, Chris Hill and Guy Chadash were offering a "Ched" blank in two different tone chamber sizes made from their own proprietary rubber; I don't know if they still do.
