Any good? The price is right. I actually prefer plastic over wood, since
I play a lot of outdoor jazz gigs in a cold and wet area (Seattle.) Got a
msg back from the seller wo made a big deal of their "wood embossed
plastic" but mainly I'm concerned about craftsmanship, since a lot of
people seem to be slapping fancy labels on Chinese junk these days. They
claim to make them there in Germany but at that price, seems unlikely to
me.
I tried to list a link but it was removed. They are $348 on ebay and easy to find under A-key clarinets if you sort by cheapest first. Not trying to sell them for anyone just want some feedback before buying one. Really want an A-clarinet but not paying a grand for a plastic Allora! And I sure as hell don't have 5 grand to lay out for a Buffet either.
