"Pichard" was one of many stencil names used by the Marlene company. The mouthpieces were usually made from blanks supplied by other companies (for example Alelandais, Riffault?). If you show both inside (tone chamber) and the side of the mouthpiece where the reed sits (table, rails and window) to a mouthpiece tech, they may recognize the company that produced the blank and approximately date it.
