 King American Standard intonation issue

Hi guys!

I'm new here and i'm french clarinet player ( excuse me for my poor english ;-).
I've got a American standard restored ( serial number 5000's) and i've an intonation issue.
The medium B flat ( key 10 and 12) is very very high ( near B). I'm trying to change the opening of this two key but it isn't convincing.
So, i have two questions :
- American standart onwer's have this issue too ?
- Is there a better solution than to change key openning to correct it (like reduce tone hole diameter for ex) ?

Thank you for your help.
Pat
