It's pretty hard to find Uebel parts but you can get them from Uebel I think. I'm not positive though.
You can try heat from a tiny mini torch and a few drops of that stuff called penetrating oil and leave it on overnight or longer, to get the frozen screws. I prefer trying oil first, because I don't like heating up metal, which then heats up the wood a bit. Use a strong and long screwdriver for support, not those tiny things and sometimes you can buy an oversize screwdriver and alter it using a grinding wheel. You can get a decent grinding wheel at places like Harbor Freight for $25. I then take the grinding wheels off and put on buffing wheels and use these to polish mouthpieces and silver keys. I really can't live without this wheel.
