Look at the instrument. What is on the "outside" and has to come off first, to allow keys underneath to be removed? You'll figure it out.
Get a large foam board, and as you remove each key with its associated screw(s), line the parts up in the order removed. When you're all done, assemble in the opposite order. It's really that simple.
