Exactly the clarinet I used for my learner days, it was made by Buffet for the student market. Often it was described to me as the 'American' clarinet for various silly reasons. It has now been replaced with the E13 Buffet clarinet but if I'm honest I still prefer the older model, even though I don't play it anymore it got me through 8 years of playing with no problems!
It should be made from wood mostly, it may have plastic tenon caps but thats about it. They go for anywhere between £100-600 depending on condition but aren't terribly popular at the moment. If it's just been given to you it will likely need a service to be in any playable condition!
