What are you looking for - to buy an instrument? Repair?
For instruments, the ones already mentioned are good, though I'd say that West Valley and Bridgepoint would have the best selection of higher-end horns. For repair, I'd go to any of them for basic work.
There's also Park Avenue Music in San Jose, which might be worth checking out. They appear to be affiliated with Peninsula Music in Palo Alto, who carry a good selection of higher-end horns (at least brass). However, I had a couple of less-than-satisfactory efforts trying to buy horns at Peninsula and would personally not recommend them, though it's been a few years and perhaps they've turned their customer service (completely) around.
