Sometimes the skin of a pad tears and when in the open position it can add a vibration noise to one or more pitches.

Please use the C4 - C5 - etc. notation to identify notes, referring if necessary to the C4 designation at the top of the page just right of the board logo. Specify which notes are affected. Add some description of what you mean by "harmonica sound", as that's a bit general and vague.
