 B.Cl + Harmonizer?
Author: BflatNH

In some sessions I need a Contrabass Cl, but it is not available. Has anyone experimented with a Bass Clarinet and octave harmonizer to simulate (8vb) contra pitch and tone? I am guessing that the wave form is sampled (to keep the timbre) and stretched, or chopped at 1/f intervals and spaced to get the desired pitch. How well would it work? Thoughts?
