When is it time to upgrade?

So, my student just scored a 98/100 (2 points off for sight reading ) at an All County Audition. She performed the Movement 1 from Koller Concerto in F.

She owns a yamaha advantage Bb Clarinet, and I have her on B45 mouthpiece. Vandoren V12 #3 reeds.

She is an 8th grader and will be moving to level 6 nyssma repitoire, (All State level repitoire.) She sounds exponentially better on my Vintage Buffet R-11. Would it be everyone's general consensus it's time for her to move up to a higher level model instrument.? She is not going into music but might continue to play in college.
