Fellow mouthpiece makers designers.
Omar Loyd Henderson seems to think that we can't use these names anymore to refer to our products and designs. He feels I am in violation of the words Chedeville and Kaspar! He owns these now.
Don't let him bully you around if he tells you that you cannot use the names Chedeville and or Kaspar.
He has a copyright tradeamrk, but the thing is he didn't design the Cheds, nor the Kaspars and he's warned me not to use these names to describe something from my mouthpiece ads.
It's great to make better mouthpieces. We need them more now than ever before. But threats? Lawsuits? I'm ready!
I will attempt to contact the Clarinet Magazine and have the emails published.
So if you receive anything from him ignore his remarks. He's just a very strange man. That's all I will say for now. He is telling me about his lawyers getting involved.
Talking about taking advantage of the great masters of the dead. What a shame.
