If you rest your clarinet horizontally during the performance, be sure that the side tone holes are at the top. I had to deal with the Eb/Bb hole, fortunately not during any solo.

Any hydrophobic material (such as vaseline, which Micke mentioned) will help prevent any water from collecting.
