Dave: No! he is clearly playing Ab major. Notice that European orchestras use a quite higher pitch, 443 or 444. I am able to play with my clarinet quite comfortably with him without making big tuning adjustments.
If you look at his fingers you see that he is playing in the key of F major. this means: D-clarinet - G-major, eb clarinet: Ab major. So it cannot be A major. and it must be an Eb clarinet.
So Liquorice is right.
