Hi there. Me and my classmate are curently working on the same concerto and our proffesor is the principal clarinetist of Sloveninan RTV Symphonic orchestra and they played it last year and aperantly the flat g is correct. It does sound a bit unlikely since the concerto is fully clasical... I have the same edition as you though the Breitkopf and Hartel (Musica Rara) but I have also checked in our school library and they have a older edition and it is written with a g flat as well... the IMSLP one does have natural G but to me I think the g flat does fit in.
