Here is a quote from a review regarding the Vandoren B45 profile 88.

"The mouthpiece is also a good tool for those who want to work on air support. Because of the medium tip opening and facing combined with the large chamber this mouthpiece takes a lot of air to play. I mean it, it will suck the wind out of you, but in a good way."
