 Bent trill key?

I think my bottom trill key may be bent. It may just be the way it's made. I have a Normandy 4 clarinet that's really old. It's been through lots. It's been dropped from all sorts of heights, taken out in really cold weather for marching, left out in the sun, etc.

So far, it's remained in playable condition, but it really doesn't sound very good when I play Eb/Ab. It sounds all airy. When I play Eb through the

I've noticed that the key hits the ball looking screw thing on the beam that goes down the side of the bottom joint. Is it supposed to? And it looks out of angle with the other 3 trill keys. The bottom trill key looks like it's been bent to the right.

And then there's my C# key. It sounds airy too. I let some girl hold my clarinet, and she said it looked like my C# key seemed bent cause it's a little further down than on hers (She has an R13 if that alters your determination)
