 concertino speed??

Hi there,

My recital which is to be performed very soon, includes a piece of which there is a movement I do not know the speed of. i should have figured this out earlier..

Concertino for Clarinet by Matyas Seiber. (Hungarian composer, interesting..)

Movement 4 "Recitativo" . On the score I have a marking of minum=120, but I, and others, including my teacher, believe this is wrong. besides the tempo recordings take it at is far from minum=120. There is no way a recitative style piece could be marked at that tempo??

Can someone please comment on this?? Do oyu know the tempo? Even though the tempo will fluctuate in a recitative piece, Surely, the speed is not minum=120??
