 Gigliotti at His Best (Perlman's Not Bad, Either)

Here's a great performance of the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto, with, unfortunately, poor picture and sound. Anthony Gigliotti's solos in the slow movement are amazing, as are those from Murray Panitz on flute and Bernard Garfield on bassoon. Perlman's not bad, either. Ormandy and Philadelphia, of course. From Perlman's dark hair and bushy sideburns, it's obviously from the 1970s.
