Well, a check into the various discussions of Rossi clarinets and a look at a recent Reuter's article has made me wonder if it's even possible to take a tour of this small factory. We're planning a trip to Chile and I'd love to include this in our itinerary but they're probably too busy for tours.
I told a couple of people at my office that it would be nice to pick up a pair of Rossi's while in Chile, and they thought I was talking about shoes! Should've put in my order a long time ago. A consolation tour would be a trip to the Teatro Municipal and a visit with the clarinetists there - now that's a real possiblity because a friend of my husband has a school chum who plays double-bass with the orchestra in Santiago.
