Without trying it out I'm just guessing off the top of my head (you've probably already tried this):

Play A as normal, but for D use the lower (Bb) RH trill key (xxo|ooo - ooo |BbTr ooo),

and for the C# use the RH side F# key (xxo|ooo - ooo| F#ooo).
