Basically, you find them on this site (although some fingerings will alter from brand to brand and size to size).
I'm not an altissimo-master myself, but I can hit some notes. I think it has something to do with finding a spot on the reed to set on your embouchure, and then blowing just enough to get the note you want.
Ask someone to do it for you (doesn't have to be a baritone saxophonist), that'll be much clearer than any comment, I think.

try one or all of these.1.-reduce the inside chamber of the mouthpiece by putting a small amount of plastercine from the tip to the crook end (spend a few hours on trial and error.2.Have more mouthpiece in your mouthpiece than normal.3.Jut your lower jaw forward more that normal.Before attempting say note A altissimo go from F front key or from E same fingering as F but with added 3rd finger.Hope this is helpful.
