I have just recently switched my instrument from the bass clarinet to the contralto clarinet and I am so confused, Since the bass clarinet is in B flat and the contralto is in E flat. Can someone please tell me at least one note and I can figure out the rest? (ex.: on the bass clarinet if I am playing a low C what note is that on the contralto?) If someone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

The fingerings should be the same and any transpositions taken care of in the printed music.
The bass clarinet is pitched in Bb. That means when you finger a C, the concert pitch actually heard is a Bb. On the contralto clarinet, which is pitched in Eb, fingering a C will give you a concert Eb.
Concert pitch is what pianos, violins, flutes, and oboes use.

Concert pitch is the only pitch. Everyone else is a mutant.

On Bass C it Would be a G on Contralto
Or ask an alto sax player to tranpose for you.
