 C Melodia Piccolo

Hi I recently purchased what on ebay they called a "C Melodaia Piccolo" it was made in Germany in 1915, it's all wood with open holes. Some of the fingerings like F, and D and E are the same but all the others I just don't know what they are, might anyone have any fingering charts avavible for this? Please let me know
