 8-hole ocarina fingering chart?

My daughter has an 8-hole clay ocarina, 6 holes on top of the instruments, 2 on the bottom.
She managed to loose the fingering chart :-(

Using google quite intensively, I was not able to find a fingering chart for this particular instrument.

Can someone please help?
