Okay, a triplet is eigth notes with a three under them, right? So what are sixteenth notes with a three under them? What are they called, and how do you say them?

Sounds like you're describing a sextuplet. Six notes played evenly over the course of one beat. You can think of them as two sixteenth-note triplets if you want. BUT this may cause you to place emphasis on the first note of each triplet. Usually when a sextuplet is written, the composer doesn't want this emphasis.

ta being said (tuh) but my director spells it ta, so i do too
but you try saying that ten times fast
