Hi,
the fingering on this site says to use your regular b, and use the bottom 2 sidekeys in the grouping of 4 on the right hand side of your clarinet. Or the one that I use which I find easier is to hold down your b, and use the 2nd sidekey from the top on the right hand side of your clarinet, in that grouping of four. Don't forget, this site has awesome fingering charts!
Hope this helps, Ryan

Another useful one is simply to trill using the thumb. If the breath support is there, you will stay in the upper register and get the desired trill.

Try out different ones though - the intonation will depend on your breath support, and your individual instrument.
