The normal use of the word "tremolo" is an effect where the
note is wobbled by bring the volume up and down rapidly and repeatedly. It is similar to "vibrato", where the pitch is varied instead of the volume.
The word tremolo is often used to mean vibrato, as in a "tremolo arm" on an electric guitar.
I think that in this forum the word tremolo is used to mean a trill. That is, the rapid alternation between two normal notes.
