I can't help very much, but why do you need to reciprocal breathe? Just find musically acceptable ways to cheat and take a breath; the time it takes to learn how to reciprocal breathe is kind of wasted unless you have nothing else to work on...

reciprocal is the reverse. reverse breathing you want, or cyclical breathing which is playing one note for an infinite length of time? to practise cyclical breathing use a straw and a cup of water. blow into the straw and blow a steady stream of bubbles. once you feel you are almost out of air, put air into your oral cavity and use your facial muslces to blow that out, while at the same time taking a really quick breath through your nose. try not to puff uyour cheeks out, it's hard in the beginning. this is the way i was taught, there is probably many other ways. cyclical isn't manditory in a lot of music. oboes make use of this technique more the any other instrument. hope this helps.

In time as 'Theboy_"' has said you will be able to Recipricol breath. I used to do it alot when I was playing in Orchestras alot ( although I do find it very hard now as I dont play in orchestras as much) I found I could do it with out realising or thinking about it, it just kinda came natrualy the more I played.

Art.
