Try Breeze-Easy method by Valentine Anzalone. I've heard the Rubank method book is also good. The Klose book (which is big and expensive and difficult for people to use if they're self-teaching) is good as well.

If you're an absolute beginner i suggest the standard of excellence series, they teach the basics of playing. Then I'd recommend the Rubank studies (they have elementary, intermediate, advanced I (keys up to 4 #/b), advanced II (the yucky keys no one likes) because they help develop technique and articulation and also range. Later you may want to progress to Rose 40 studies for Clarinet, Baermann scale exercises, or the Klose book. Remember not to go too fast and to take the time to learn the lessons. Best of luck to you
