I have not played for such a long time that Iam affaird to say I have forgotten everything. I can not find my music book has anyone got time to help me out???

You can start by clicking on the words "Fingering Charts" at the top of this page to find the fingerings for whichever instrument you need. After that I'd recommend purchasing a method book, or better yet working with a teacher. Your local music store can probably help with both.

By the way, for what instrument do you need help?

Lessons could easily get you back on track, and you could consider looking for stuff on the internet!?
