My husband is a flutist and we have enjoyed several of the Loeillet trio sonatas, and the Quantz and Telemann trios. The Dring is also quite beautiful. William Grant Still the twentieth century black composer has done some charming Miniatures for flute, oboe and piano that use elements of folk music from No. and So. America and some jazzy elements.
