I'm actually doing the d-minor for my exam in a few weeks...and now that you mention it...there aren't a lot of places to breathe! Luckily there are some ossia that allow for a quick breath, and by golly I'm doin 'em!
More than that, however, the difficulty I have is an embouchure thing. I don't feel I'm running out of air, so much as my lips start to slip and intonation gets a bit funny.
