 Old oboe

I recently purchased a very old Loree oboe made in 1891 F99. it is a lovely old instrument, has probably been treated a bit roughly at times, but the last owner spent some money on it and plays reasonably well. I purchased it because I play on a newer Louis that has been restored, but did not have a backup if I needed to send it off for repairs etc, and this Loree is same configuration, Dual 123, ring system and auto octaves with LH F ( although the left hand F and E flat are in reverse order). My issue is that the Louis is just slightly flat and the Loree being 2 cm shorter, is marginally sharp. I am using a long scrape reed of 71 mm length or 72mm in Aussie summers and a 47 mm staple. Any suggestions as to staple, reed length to rectify this would be useful. At the moment I am just adjusting with embouchure but if I let my guard down..........
