Just my 2 cents worth. Videos about the right way, the wrong way and understanding the materials.
I don't cotton to new/difficult techniques, I prefer to aim for a clean razor-sharp edge on any knife:

Videos have been wonky on Chrome and Edge browsers .... working fine on Firefox.
